• ALL ORDERS MUST BE CANCELLED BY 9:00 A.M. CENTRAL STANDARD TIME ON THE DAY OF COLLECTION! Cancellation requests after this time WILL NOT be accepted by Prairie State Semen, Inc. These orders will remain the responsibility of the semen purchaser.


• To provide accurate recording of cancellations for both Prairie State Semen, Inc and semen purchasers a CANCELLATION NUMBER will now be assigned. All claimed cancellations without a cancellation number will be the responsibility of the semen purchaser.


• Adhering to the following guidelines is necessary in order for us to offer you the competitive pricing and timely delivery you deserve.


• All pick-up orders will be charged a $3.50 cooler charge effective immediately. Regular collection days at Prairie State are on Monday and Thursday. Collection schedule is subject to change around major holidays (when UPS isn't delivering.)

Prairie State Semen, Inc has the highest quality technology available but cannot control the conditions under which the boar semen is used and/or the techniques used in application, and therefore, makes no warranties or representations beyond those made expressly herein. Prairie State Semen, Inc. warrants that the product sold is of adequate quality and viability when it leaves our facilities. Prairie State Semen, Inc. makes no other guarantees, warranties, or representations, either written or oral, expressed or implied.

Prairie State Semen, Inc. also does not make a guarantee concerning conception rate, breed purity of lines, liability of semen, and/or health of the product. In the event that any of our products are damaged in shipment, or prove to be defective, damages resulting from their use shall be limited to the purchase value of the semen. In no event shall Prairie State Semen, Inc. be liable for consequential or incidental damages.
